A one-year AMC is included in your new purchase of a BCS Product. This basic AMC provides support activities using Remote Connectivity, key benefits include:

		Investigation of suspected problems promptly
		Provide telephone support for queries
		Respond to the Client's fault reporting calls within 4 hours of the complaint being logged. A resolution to the issue will be advised to the Client within a minimum reasonable time depending on the nature of the fault.
		Upgrades and enhancements for the current platforms and modules you own, resolution of any software bugs
		Perform or initiate all steps necessary for ensuring trouble free operation of the Equipment.

The Silver AMC provides all the benefits of the Subscription AMC and free year end processing.

The Gold AMC is designed for all new and existing customers who place heavy demands on their management systems. The Gold AMC provides all the benefits included in the Subscription AMC and the Silver AMC. In addition, Gold AMC members receive a 15% discount on training, a 15% discount on add-on modules, and access to a special priority telephone number. The members of Gold AMC also receive same day support from our team of experts.
